Q. Should I just replace my broken appliance?

A. In the situation where one of your household appliances breaks, there are only 2 options that you have. You can, in an attempt to save money, hire a repairman to try and get it fixed. The other option is to just go out and buy a brand new one if you are able to.

The decision that you make should be based on how old the broken appliance is. Every appliance has an average lifetime. If the broken appliance is pushing towards the end of its’ average lifetime, you should just replace it. But, if the appliance is in the early or middle span of that lifetime, you should try, and have it repaired.

Q. Does your company offer some type of warranty or guarantee to your customers?

A. Certainly. We make sure to use manufacturer parts for most of the major brands like Whirlpool, GE, LG, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, and more so that the manufacturer warranty remains in place. The parts that we use for your repairs and the labor that we do are also covered by our own 12-month warranty. If there ever is a problem after we leave, don’t hesitate to call us back.

Q. How many visits will it take for you to fix my broken appliance?

A. According to our estimations, we are able to finish 95% of our repair appointments on our first visit to your home. In the event that we do have to return for a second visit, there is no additional service fee for that visit. The reason we are able to do this is that we stock our service vehicles with 90% of the most commonly used manufacturer parts and the tools needed to do the repair.

Q. Will you be able to give me a timeframe for my appointment.

A. We know that our customers’ time is valuable, and we work hard to make our service as quick and convenient as possible. We give our customers a 2-3-hour time span in which they can expect the repair technician to arrive and our technicians will call 10-15 minutes before they arrive. There are times when some repairs will take longer than expected and this is why we give a timeframe of this size. Our aim is to arrive in the early part of that given timeframe.
